What kind of photo works best?

Clear, well-lit photos with visible faces produce the best engravings. We accept JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 8MB. If our team spots a quality issue, we contact you before engraving.

Can I preview my crystal before paying?

Yes. Our personalizer shows a live preview of your photo inside the crystal, including crop and any engraved message, before anything is charged.

How long does production and delivery take?

Each crystal is engraved to order in the USA within 1鈥? business days. Standard delivery arrives in 1鈥? business days; express options are available at checkout.

Can I add a name, date or short message?

Absolutely. Every crystal accepts an optional engraved message up to 60 characters 鈥?a name, a date, or a line that means something only to you two.
